Dr. Cindy Gordon
Dr. Cindy M. Gordon is a seasoned senior executive with over twenty years of industry
experience in communications & high tech and financial services. Cindy is currently
the Founder and CEO of Helix Commerce International Inc, a company specializing
in business innovation and growth acceleration strategies. Helix clients include
companies like: Amdocs, Astra Zeneca, Bell Canada, CIBC, Microsoft, Royal Bank of
Canada, Rogers, SAP, Siemens, and Xerox and not for profit: Canadian Cancer Society,
George Brown College and World Vision. Her company has partnered with top strategy
firms specializing in Disruptive Innovation practices, including Clayton Christensen’s
firm, Innosight, and Cognitive Edge, advanced experts in identifying disruptive

Suzanne Dingwall Williams
Suzie has more than 17 years experience working with public and private companies
in a variety of industries, including software, digital media, healthcare IT, clean
tech, telecommunications and e-commerce. Admitted to the New York and Ontario bars,
Suzie has worked for law firms on Bay Street and Wall Street, as well as for Nortel
Networks. In 1998, Suzie left Nortel Networks to become general counsel to Saraide
Inc., a wireless data spinout of Nortel Networks which was sold to Infospace for
US $470 million in 2000. As General Counsel of Saraide, she managed all aspects
of Saraide’s legal affairs, including all outbound and inbound licensing arrangements,
employment law, intellectual property protection programs, corporate compliance
programs and international activities and strategic alliances. Following the sale
of Saraide, Suzie spent two years as a principal with BCE Capital, the venture capital
arm of Bell Canada, where she managed investments in Canada and the United States.
As a venture capital investor, Suzie provided strategic guidance and support to
investee companies with respect to operational plans, recruiting, market and customer
validation, to mergers and acquisitions.

Kevin Pennington
Kevin Pennington is Senior Vice-President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Rogers
Communications Inc.
Mr. Pennington works closely with the CEO, the COO, the Presidents of the operating
companies and the Board of Directors. His responsibilities include providing advice,
guidance and direction on all HR related matters.
In a career spanning more than 25 years, Mr. Pennington has served in senior HR
leadership and corporate administration roles within the telecommunications, petroleum,
retail, medical, and manufacturing fields in a variety of business settings. Most
recently, he was Senior Vice-President, Human Resources for Agere Systems, a spin-off
of Lucent Technologies, which is a global semiconductor company that serves the
storage, wireless data and telecommunications market.

Paul Sandusky
Paul Sandusky is an experienced technology executive with more than 12 years of leadership experience in Research & Development and Professional Services. Currently, Paul is Vice President of Software Solutions at Angoss Software with management responsibilities spanning Development and Professional Services. Prior to Angoss, Paul held senior level positions with several software companies and system integrators including 5 years at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and 5 years at Workbrain. At Workbrain Paul held the position of Vice President of Research & Development responsible for a 180 person team supportin g $100 million in revenues.

Tom Pesut has over 15 years of executive leadership experience in the enterprise
software, networking and converged communications fields. He has led growth from
$4 million to over $1 billion and improved operating margins in multiple assignments
involving acquisitions, restructuring, strategic shifts and turn arounds. His career
includes success in various environments including start ups, emerging growth companies
and larger corporations.
